Heal Laguna aims to utilize powerful healing tools in a Holy Spirit led space. These tools have been proven to have a powerful effect on the nervous system and neuroplasticity, helping to transform repetitive thought processes.
It's important to note that the effects of trauma on the nervous system are complex and can vary from person to person. Seeking professional help from therapists or trauma specialists can provide the necessary support and strategies to help regulate the nervous system, heal from trauma, and restore a sense of safety and well-being.

Donation Based
We believe healing should be accessible to everyone. There is currently a significant financial barrier for people trying to access holistic health services. We want to partner with our community to create an accessible space that takes away the pressure in accessing healthcare. These sessions are priced as a “pay what you can” model. Each session is unique to the client, though you can expect a combination of breathwork, prayer, talk therapy, and movement. You set the price, barters accepted and encouraged.
60 Minute Session
Donation Based
This session starts with a conversation. There is space for you to express what you are feeling and to work through anything settled on your shoulders. We then move into a choice of dedicated breathwork rooted in the Wim Hof method or intuitive movement connected to breath and music. After we have connected with our breath, we will enter a prophetic space, asking the Holy Spirit to bring insight into the situation. This is the most powerful segment of this process and where we experience profound healing for our clients. We end with prayer and take time to decompress the session.
75 Minute Group Session
Donation Based
We offer weekly group sessions every Friday. This is a great opportunity to experience community and heal alongside one another. These sessions are held outside and subject to change depending on where the Spirit leads.
